Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Entitled to: Complete refund excluding service charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 working days
Service Charge: €50 for credit card dealings

24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total charter rate
Processing Duration: 7-10 working days
Service Charge: €25 subtracted from the refunded amount
Prerequisites: A legitimate reason required; subject to operational costs
Less than 24 Hours Prior to Charter
Entitled to: Refunds are unavailable
Exception: Urgent conditions will be taken into consideration
Alternate Option: Credit for a charter may be provided at the discretion of the administration
Prerequisites: Official proof required for emergency cases
Weather-Induced Cancellations
Our Commitment to Weather Safety
Your safety is paramount. If sailing conditions are considered hazardous for charter operations by our licensed captain, we offer flexible alternatives:
- Total Refund: The complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
- Reschedule: Relocate your charter to an alternative upcoming date without additional charges
- Charter Credit: Credit applicable for 12 months from the initial charter date
Process for Weather Evaluation
The following criteria form our weather evaluation:
- Analyzing wind velocities and directions
- Forecasted wave heights and oceanic conditions
- Predictions of visibility and precipitation levels
- Maritime advisories and alerts issued by the Coast Guard
- Risk assessments by a professional captain
Decision Making Timeline: Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are made at least 4 hours before the planned departure.
Refunds Due to Medical Emergencies
Response to Urgent Health Issues
We realize that sudden medical crises can arise. Below are scenarios that may receive exceptional considerations:
- Hospitalized due to immediate illness or injury
- Loss of a member in the immediate family
- Calls to military duty or unforeseen recall
- Summons for jury service or court
- Catastrophes natural to an area impacting travel
Required Documentation
For processing requests of emergency refunds, please present:
- A medical note or papers from the hospital
- A certificate of death, if pertinent
- Order of military conscription
- Official court summons or juror notification
- Advisories related to travel or declarations of emergency
Processing: Refunds for emergencies are addressed within 3-5 business days once the necessary documentation is received.
Cancellations from Operational Issues
Mechanical Malfunctions
In the event of mechanical failures of the designated vessel that remain unresolved:
- Substitute Vessel: We will endeavor to offer a suitable substitution
- Entire Refund: If no fitting substitute is present
- Refund of the Difference: In case the substitute vessel incurs a different rate
- Compensation: Additional compensation may be considered for any inconveniences
Unavailability of Crew
On rare occasions, if a certified crew is unavailable:
- A replacement crew will be sought if feasible
- A full refund will be issued if the charter cannot be executed
- Options of rescheduling without additional charges

Refunds are issued through the original method of payment employed for the booking:

- Bank Transfers: Transferred within 7-10 business days
- Cash or Check: Processed within 3-5 business days

A €50 fee applies for requests canceled beyond 72 hours in advance
Bank Transfer Transactions
For every bank transfer refund a €25 fee is levied

Credit for charters can be provided as an alternative to refunds under particular conditions:

- Validity Period: 12 months from the date of issue
- Nontransferable: Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals

Reimbursement for Partial services

In the event that your charter is discontinued or curtailed due to factors under our control:
- Partial refund proportionate to the unused portion
- Credit towards a future charter of equal value
- Complementary services or improvements
Early Termination Related to Guests
If a charter is concluded prematurely on account of behavior from the guests or safety infringements:
- No return of funds for the remaining period
- Total payment still requirable
- Potential for additional charges
